Annual Subscription Support

With the purchase of the subscription Marmak provides telephone/e-mail support beyond the warranty period.  Problem resolution support by telephone and e-mail is available during the business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (not including statutory holidays), Eastern Standard Time.

 

Marmak’s team of dedicated technical support associates provides front-line software support. In addition to numerous user self-help tools. Included in the support method are:
